Geef ze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amsterdamgenetics.com\/nl\/wietplanten-water-geven-hoe-wanneer-en-hoeveel\/\">water<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amsterdamgenetics.com\/nl\/stikstof-fosfor-en-kalium-cruciale-voeding-voor-cannabis-2\/\">voeding<\/a> en de planten worden groot en leveren een mooie oogst op vol dikke toppen. Maar binnen in deze wietplanten gebeurt van alles om dit voor elkaar te krijgen. Want behalve water en voeding hebben ze nog iets nodig, namelijk licht. Alleen dan kan het wonderlijke proces van fotosynthese bij cannabis plaatsvinden. Kort gezegd is dit het proces waarbij de plant licht omzet in energie om mee te groeien en te bloeien. Natuurlijk hebben planten ook nog water en voedingsstoffen nodig om te kunnen groeien, maar licht is net zo onontbeerlijk. Dit licht komt van de zon, of van kunstlampen nij binnen wietzaadjes kweken. Maar wat gebeurt er nu precies in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amsterdamgenetics.com\/nl\/shop\/cannabiszaden\/?_sfm__price=0+80\">cannabisplanten<\/a> wanneer <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fotosynthese\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fotosynthese<\/a> plaatsvindt? Dat gaat als volgt.<\/p>\n<p>Dat planten licht kunnen omzetten in energie en voedingsstoffen, wordt mogelijk gemaakt door hun interne biochemie. Als je naar een plant kijkt, welke soort dan ook, valt meteen op dat alle planten (en bomen) groen zijn. Dit is een belangrijk gegeven voor fotosynthese. De groene kleur wordt namelijk veroorzaakt door het pigment chlorofyl. Maar het zorgt niet alleen voor het mooie groene kleurtje van de plant, chlorofyl kan tevens licht absorberen.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_32744\" style=\"width: 524px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-32744\" class=\"wp-image-32744\" src=\"https:\/\/www.amsterdamgenetics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/CANNABIS-WEED-AMSTERDAM-GENETICS-IN-MOROCCO.jpg\" alt=\"cannabis fotosynthese licht\" width=\"514\" height=\"514\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-32744\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Een wietplant op zonne-energie.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Het proces van fotosynthese bij cannabis vindt dus plaats in de bladeren, in mesofylcellen. Deze bevinden zich net onder het bladoppervlak, waar ze (zon)licht kunnen opvangen. Het chlorofyl in de bladeren kan blauw en rood spectrum licht absorberen en voorziet via een ingewikkeld proces de plant van energie. Fotosynthese bestaat uit twee stappen: de lichtreactie en de donkerreactie.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lichtreactie\"><\/span>Lichtreactie:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Deze reactie vindt overdag plaats, wanneer er zonlicht is. In een kweekruimte is dat dus de periode waarin een grower de lampen aanzet. Tijdens deze fase komt er via de <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Huidmondje\">huidmondjes<\/a> van het blad CO2 binnen en via de wortels neemt de plant water en voedingsstoffen op. Deze worden door de plant getransporteerd naar de cellen. Overdag vangt een wietplant het licht op van de zon of de kweeklampen. De lichtenergie komt in de vorm van fotonen op de bladeren en botsen tegen de chlorofylmoleculen. Nu treden er reacties op in de plant, die er uiteindelijk toe leiden dat energie kan worden opgeslagen in de cellen, als ATP en NADPH.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Donkerreactie\"><\/span>Donkerreactie:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Wanneer de zon onder gaat, of wanneer de grower het licht uitzet, treedt er een ander proces in werking. De energie die overdag werd opgeslagen, kan worden gebruikt om CO2 om te zetten in glucose. Dit proces wordt de Calvincyclus genoemd. Zo kan de plant dus licht omzetten in voeding: glucose is een vorm van suiker, die gebruikt wordt als bron van energie en om grotere koolhydraatmoleculen van te vormen.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hoeveel_Licht_Heeft_Cannabis_Nodig_Voor_Fotosynthese\"><\/span>Hoeveel Licht Heeft Cannabis Nodig Voor Fotosynthese?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Wanneer je cannabiszaden kweekt is er verschil tussen binnen- en buitenkweek. Buiten krijgen cannabisplanten natuurlijk zonlicht en volgen de planten het ritme van de seizoenen. Ze groeien en bloeien volgens een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amsterdamgenetics.com\/nl\/hoe-groeit-cannabis-van-zaadje-tot-oogst2\/\">levenscyclus<\/a> die afhangt van het aantal uren zonlicht per dag dat ze krijgen. Binnen kunnen growers de hoeveelheid licht die de planten krijgen bijsturen. In de vegetatieve fase geven binnenkwekers meestal 18 uur licht per dag of zelfs 24 uur. Tijdens de bloei wordt over het algemeen een lichtschema van 12 uur licht en 12 uur duisternis aangehouden. Als je planten buiten groeien, vindt de bloeifase na de zomerzonnewende plaats en worden de dagen op natuurlijke wijze korter en zal de plant vanzelf in de bloeifase terechtkomen. De grote uitzondering op deze regel zijn autoflowers. Autoflower wietzaden bevatten genetica van de cannabis ruderalis plant, die zelfstandig bepaalt wanneer ze gaat bloeien.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-44704 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.amsterdamgenetics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/SunnyBud.jpg\" alt=\"fotosynthese cannabis wietzaadjes\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fotosynthese_En_De_Vorming_Van_Cannabinoiden\"><\/span>Fotosynthese En De Vorming Van Cannabino\u00efden<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Omdat licht zoveel invloed heeft op de groei en bloei van cannabisplanten, zou je kunnen veronderstellen dat de fotosynthese ook invloed heeft op de aanmaak van cannabino\u00efden. Is het zo dat als de fotosynthese sneller gaat, de plant meer energie heeft en dus eveneens meer cannabino\u00efden produceert? Er is hier nog niet veel onderzoek naar gedaan. Maar uit een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frontiersin.org\/articles\/10.3389\/fpls.2021.646020\/full#h1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">onderzoek<\/a> van de School of Environmental Sciences van de University of Guelph in Canada (mei 2021), blijkt dat verschillende soorten en intensiteit van licht de fotosynthese snelheid kan laten vari\u00ebren. Het lijkt er echter op dat dit geen duidelijk effect heeft op de kwaliteit of hoeveelheid cannabino\u00efden die de plant aanmaakt.<\/p>\n<p>Of je nu binnen of buiten cannabis kweekt, licht is onmisbaar voor cannabisplanten. Buiten genieten de planten elke dag van zonlicht, binnen zul je kweeklampen moeten gebruiken. Ook daar kunnen cannabisplanten echter prima op groeien en bloeien.
