Here at Amsterdam Genetics we stand firmly behind the quality of our products. Have you accidentally ordered the wrong product or size? No problem. Amsterdam Genetics offers a safe return policy* for our clothing.

This is how you use our service:

• The product must not have been used, must be undamaged and must be returned in its original packaging. Of course, you can carefully unpack the product to decide whether you want to keep it or not. We cannot refund worn products that are returned.
• Email your return request including the order number and a clear description of the product you want to return and the reason for the return to ‘orders[@]amsterdamgenetics.com’ within 10 working days of receiving your package.

You will receive instructions by email on how to return your product(s), within 2 working days of receiving your request. Of course you will get your money back after we have received your returned goods and checked and processed them in our system.

We do not accept returns on discounted items.

*PLEASE NOTE: Our returns policy is NOT FREE. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product.
