What is the difference between Regular and Feminised Cannabis Seeds?

We offer two types of seeds – Regular and Feminised. The difference between regular and feminised seeds is simply one is guaranteed to grow into a female plant (feminised) and the other is not (regular).

What guarantee comes with your product?

Because we deliver a natural product where by the actions, care and attention with which the consumer handles, stores and works with the product can have hugely influential effects on our products. We are unfortunately unable to give any warranty on our products. This is also mentioned in the terms and conditions. Read the warranty terms in our terms and conditions.

How long can I store cannabis seeds?

In theory, if the product is kept under the right conditions they will have an excellent shelf life. The success rate of seed germination however does begin to drop significantly after two years. Therefore, we recommend the product should not be kept longer than two years.

How should I best store my cannabis seeds?

There are three factors that are critical in preserving our products: humidity, temperature and light. Large fluctuations in humidity and/or temperature (in the storage place of the cannabis seeds) are disastrous for the eventual germination of our products.As long as the cannabis seeds do not come in to contact with fluids and warmth, they stay in a dormant resting phase. Once the cannabis seed starts to take in fluid, then the nutrients in the cannabis seed will inevitably start to initiate the process of germination. To avoid this, we advise you to keep the seeds in a place where the humidity does not exceed 9%. Our cannabis seeds are completely sealed when packed and delivered to you. As long as the package is unopened, the humidity of the seeds will not exceed the limit of 9%. Light is another factor that affects the process of germination.For this reason, we recommend that you do not expose the seeds to light.This way the germination of the cannabis seeds will remain optimal. Since cannabis seeds are very resistant to low temperatures, (the refrigerator) your refrigerator is a very suitable place to keep them for a long period.The best way to do this is to keep them in a sealed, opaque (plastic) container in a dark and cool place. If you regularly take the seeds in and out of the refrigerator these changes in temperature will affect the quality of the seeds. Therefore, we strongly advise you to only remove from your refrigerator when you actually want to start the germination process. Before you germinate cannabis seeds, it is advisable to take the seeds out of the fridge at least one day before so that the seeds can quietly come to room temperature.

What effect does the end product have?

From the many varieties of cannabis plants we have selected with great care and attention we can truly say we offer great variety of high quality seeds. Therefore we think all the types that we offer are fantastic. Of course there are differences between the types we offer, but as to which one is the best, this is above all down to a matter of personal taste. Perhaps you can find experiences from other customers in the forum.

Are the cannabis seeds you supply female?

If it is highlighted on the website as feminized seeds, then yes your seeds will be female. Feminizing is the name of a rigorous selection process which will produce a feminized germination rate of 98%. Therefore meaning 98% of the seeds that germinate will deliver a female plant.

How can I find out if you've received my order?

Once you have placed an order with us we will send an email to the email address you specified whilst placing the order. Please ensure you provide the correct and valid email address when placing an order with us. Note: Some email programs may place some of your mail in your spam folder. If you have not received an email from us in your inbox, please check whether it has been delivered to your spam folder. If your order has been placed in the right way but you do not receive a confirmation email, you can log into your account to check the status of your order. There you can also find whether we have sent a confirmation email and the address to which we sent it. You can also choose (again) to receive a confirmation email to any address that you specify.

Where can I see the status of my order?

You can log on to our website and track the status of your order. Once we ship your order you will receive an email containing the track and trace code for you order. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Are cannabis seeds legal in my country?

In the following countries the product is legal: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway. These are also the only countries to which we send our products.

You can pay for your order in the following ways:

How long will it take before you receive my payment?

A transfer by bank or post office takes an average of five business days to be processed. Remember to mention the 12-digit reference number on the payment because without this it can take a few days longer to process the payment. Sending cash is also possible. Please bear in mind that it may take 28 days for your payment to arrive with us. Cash payments must be sent by REGISTERED MAIL. This gives you a proof of posting and also your shipment is insured against loss or theft. For missing cash payments that are not sent by registered mail we carry absolutely no liability. Due to the obvious risk of sending cash through the mail, we strongly recommend you choose one of the other payment methods. For customers living in the Netherlands, it is also possible to opt for cash on delivery. You pay on pick up of your order (Netherlands only – Picked up from our office by appointment only). If you choose this option, your order should be place with us by phone (SMS?) Or email. Please note we will always confirm the order before pick up.

What will show up on my bank statement?

The abbreviation “Masque BV ” Our client’s privacy will always be highly valued. We understand that you want to avoid being associated with hemp. Therefore, we only use the abbreviation “AGS ” listed on your bank statement. This is an abbreviation of our company name Amsterdam Genetics.

How is my delivery packaged?

We package and send your order in a bubble wrapped envelope (20cm x 18cm) that fits through any normal post box. There is absolutely no visible sign or description on the packaging as to the contents of your order.

How will my order be shipped?

If you choose to have your order sent in the standard manner then your order will be delivered by mail through the post. If you choose registered mail, you will need to sign on receipt of your order.

How will my order be sent?

All orders are despatched through Post NL Priority Mail service. If applicable, your order will be sent by airmail and will be guaranteed the shortest possible delivery time, as our shipments enjoy an international priority treatment. Your order will be packaged and shipped in a discreet bubble wrapped envelope (20cm x 18cm). By choosing this discreet and protective packaging, both the quality of the product and the customer’s privacy is guaranteed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

On the first working day after we receive payment your order will be packaged and shipped. Please note it can take two to ten business days before your order is delivered to you. The actual duration of the shipment of course all depends on distance to be covered and the speed of which the delivery of mail operates in your area.

The status of my order says delivered but I have received nothing?

Please check with your local post office to see if the parcel has been delivered in error.

How can I change my delivery address?

During the ordering process you can indicate whether you want to deliver your order to a different address. If you want to change the delivery address after you have placed your order, you can do so by logging in to the account with which the order is placed. Of course, it is not possible to change the delivery address of an order that has already been shipped.

Can I collect my order in person?

Pick up can be done in two ways. After making an appointment, you can pick up the product at our office in Amsterdam (by prior appointment only). There is also the possibility to buy products our products at many of our official distributors.

Under what conditions can I return the product?

A product can be returned only when the seal on the packaging is not damaged or broken and can be returned up to two weeks after you have received it. No orders will be reimbursed if the packaging has been opened or damaged in any way.
