*All orders placed before noon (12:00 pm) are shipped the same day (Monday through Friday). When ordering only Cannabis Seeds from our web shop we offer a discrete shipping service. Every customer order is packed and sent in a plain bubblewrap envelope using the DPD delivery network. Please note that in the aftermath of BREXIT, we have noticed shipments to the UK are more likely to be checked and intercepted by customs. Amsterdam Genetics does not carry any liability for lost parcels by border security in any country. *We are only able to offer Track & Trace and Insured Delivery to a selection of countries – Please contact us for more information.
Professional Quality Packaging
Every one of our cannabis seeds has been packaged and stored under the strictest conditions. Securely in their air tight container with an air drying desiccant your seeds are packed inside a cardboard box. This ensures your seeds not only stay dry but also protected from the light. Included inside is our care and grow guide and complimentary mini matches. We highly recommend storing your seeds as per the instructions in our FAQ once you remove them from the packet.
Receiving Your Seeds By Mail
We take the utmost care to ensure your seed order reaches you in the same condition in which it left us in Amsterdam. Orders dispatched from our office in Amsterdam for delivery to customers by mail will be packaged in a bubble wrapped envelope (20cm x 18cm) that fits through any normal post box. There is absolutely no visible sign or description on the packaging as to the contents of your order.
All Orders Shipped Completely & Correctly
We make sure that each and every order is complete and correct before shipping. As an added control measure, we store images of every order that is ready to go. This enables us to verify that the contents of the shipment match your order – just to prevent any misunderstandings.
Order Not Delivered?
If the carrier is unable to deliver your order, or if orders are not collected at the agreed pickup point, the entire shipment is returned to Amsterdam Genetics. If you submit an incorrect address, your order will also be returned to our office. In such cases, we refund the order amount (excluding any shipping costs) to your designated bank account. You will then have to re-order the products so we can ship them again.
Please note: you are personally responsible for submitting the correct (email) address. If we don’t have a valid email address, neither we nor the carrier will be able to contact you on the progress of your delivery.
We collect your ordered items from our warehouse using a packing slip which will eventually be shipped with the items.
Free Seeds, stickers, rolling papers and tips are included with all seed orders. CBD orders come with information about our CBD products and if it fits, we throw in postcards and a product guide with every shipment.
All items are neatly packed in a mailbox-size package – if they fit. Bigger and merchandise orders are often packed in larger boxes. Still we try to keep them as small as possible to reduce the environmental impact.
